Yeah it's really important that the training is connected to the workplace because this is where they're learning their skills to be able to go onto other places, so it is predominantly set up around this workplace which is an aged care facility so we have some of the Indigenous learning the skills of the medications, others just learning in the cleaning facilities, others with cooking – so it's a really multi-skilled taskforce here. So they're learning a lot of skills within the workforce that they can take on outside if they decide to move on.
