You mentioned earlier that in the Ranger program, when you started in 1996, there was a whole lot of training that happened, weed programs, feral animals getting licences.

Mmm.

Can you tell me a little bit about the good things about the training that happened, about the way that the trainers used your knowledge and yeah, took advantage of your skills?

 I think really good, all the different trainer come up and work with us.  I think looking forward there was really good trainer we had in the past.  I start 1996 ranger and we had all the different trainer and all the trainer really helped in the class and out there bush.  Learning both sides, learning from them and trainer learning from us, using both tools and two knowledge. That’s really good.
