I began because I was a single mum and with two children and I got a little bit bored with being the stay-at-home mum. So I came to uni and Psychology interested me at first and I thought I’d do a Cert IV in Community Service to assist me gaining entry into the Bachelor of Psychology.
But then I met my partner now and he was studying a Bachelor of Commerce and he asked me to assist him with helping him with one of his assignments in marketing and I thought, “Oh, this sounds really good and interesting”. So I, yeah, pursued a Cert IV in Marketing and, yeah, it ticked all the boxes for me and I said, ‘Okay, well I’ll do a Bachelor of Business’, because, yeah, I like marketing and business interests me. It’s something that, yeah, I’d like to do.
